The Headmaster’s Garden

This Edwardian house already had a series of rectangular garden rooms and we drew on this to base our design on the De Stijl movement. Different sized oblongs fitted side by side to create patios, paths and borders and each border had a planting colour theme. Planting was abundant and full of grasses to create movement and bring softness to the angular spatial design.A drought tolerant mediterranean garden with oak pergola and garden sculptures provide a restful place to sit
